B’toria supports existing children’s homes with Regulation 44 visits, quality assurance and inspection preparation — and guides new providers through Ofsted registration when the time is right.
Most homes come to us for ongoing compliance and inspection support. Registration is one of the things we do — not the only thing.
Our experienced Responsible Individuals provide statutory oversight for your home — ensuring regulatory compliance, safeguarding standards, and quality of care are maintained across your service at all times.
Independent monthly visits and high-quality written reports that hold up to scrutiny, protect children, and give your RI and board real assurance on quality, safeguarding, and compliance.
Comprehensive compliance audits and quality assurance aligned to SCCIF and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 — including mock inspections, improvement planning, and safeguarding review.
End-to-end Ofsted registration support: SC1/SC2 applications, all compliance documentation, policies, Statement of Purpose, and leadership interview readiness for your RM and RI.
Guaranteed sourcing and placement of experienced, interview-ready Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Seniors, and frontline staff through our dedicated sector network.
Full RAG-rated review of your recruitment files, HR policies, DBS records, and vetting procedures to ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe and Ofsted expectations.
Bespoke mandatory and specialist training — safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, PBS, medication management, ACEs, physical intervention, PACE, and first aid — mapped to SCCIF.
Design and implementation of evidence-based therapeutic care models drawing on PACE, attachment theory, and neuroscience — embedded into staff practice, keywork, and daily routines.
Strategic planning, market positioning, commissioner relationship-building, and service design for providers opening, expanding, or repositioning their children’s home service.
We match landlords with care providers, manage compliance and regulatory setup, and structure long-term agreements — turning your property into a secure, ethical social care asset.
Advisory partnership for RIs, RMs, and senior teams: 1-to-1 mentoring, inspection preparation, safeguarding oversight, and on-call crisis support to keep your home compliant and child-centred.
Our team has been Responsible Individuals, registered managers and social workers. We understand your home from the inside — the pressures, the paperwork, the practice.
Regular visits and honest feedback, in plain language — a steady relationship built on trust, not a one-off report you file away and forget.
Every audit and recommendation comes back to one question: is this the right thing for the young people living here? That’s what shapes everything we do.
A network of experienced practitioners, led by director Rebecca Andrews.
